- Lab Operation - Main form for entering the majority of all lab analyses done on vessels, vineyards and wine batches.
- Ebulliometery Calculator - A calculator to replace ebulliometric tables.
- Ferment List - Create and maintain a master list of all the current fermentations.
- Ferment Charts - Enter, review and graph fermentation analysis data.
- Ferment Run - Prints out a form with all the current fermentation with their most recent analyses and a place to write the current analyses. Used for taking around the tanks when doing temps and hydrometery.
- Lab Trials - Form for recording fining and other lab addition trials.
- Micro Results - Form for recording Yeast, Mould and Bacteria counts on cultured wine samples post bottling.
- Residual Sugar Analyses - Cross tabulates by date, Residual Sugar analyses on any vessels still fermenting (marked as having the status 'Ferm'). Useful for monitoring slow or sticky ferments especially with large numbers of barrels.
- Chromatography - Cross tabulates by date, Chromatography results on any vessels still doing Malolactic Fermentation (marked as having the status 'MLF'). Useful for monitoring MLF especially with large numbers of barrels.
