  • Lab Operation - Main form for entering the majority of all lab analyses done on vessels, vineyards and wine batches.
  • Ebulliometery Calculator - A calculator to replace ebulliometric tables.
  • Ferment List - Create and maintain a master list of all the current fermentations.
  • Ferment Charts - Enter, review and graph fermentation analysis data.
  • Ferment Run - Prints out a form with all the current fermentation with their most recent analyses and a place to write the current analyses. Used for taking around the tanks when doing temps and hydrometery.
