Vinsight Web Reporting allows your clients easy on-line access to view/print and reports on only their company data where this is also configurable by the hosting winery.
 
This allows your clients to retrieve simple but effective data on demand, saving time for the winemaking staff to answer more wine related queries rather than spending hours per month in front of the computer running reports only to then answer any queries the client may have.
 
You will be able to control/configure and manage the client system users and what the client users will be able to view and report on when they login, basic configuration settings can be controlled via an additional Admin access level.
 

Your clients will also be able to export their data to alternative formats such as Excel spreadsheets for manual data manipulation as well report presented Read-Only PDF format.
 
The aim of this tool is to save time for your winemaking staff but also giving on-demand report flexibility for your clients to view and report on their own data from your database at a secure data sensitive level.
 
 
Included in the yearly instalments would be all technical support and training for both the hosting winery and their clients.
