Further to our recent introduction of our new “Bill To” feature on Sales Orders. . .
and in response to your feedback on this feature, we have now added a ‘Default Bill To’ field on the Contact page. This means you can set a default billing contact for a customer and don’t need to edit the “Bill To” field every time you create a sales order.
These features will be particularly useful if dealing with large chain stores with centralized billing. You can bill the customer’s head office, while still tracking and reporting sales by individual store and sales person.
